Train Together for the Price of One
Couples and friends are welcome to train together at no additional cost. Simply book the Progress, Accelerate, or Transform package under one name, and you’re free to share or split the cost between you.
Here’s how it works:
- Choose a package – Simply book the Progress, Accelerate, or Transform package under one name.
- Complete your assessment session – Each participant must first book one individual session. This allows David to run his movement performance assessment to find the best exercises for your body and create a tailored programme just for you.
- Train as a team – Once assessments are complete, you’re free to share or split the cost of your package and train together.
Please note: Both participants must train on the same day and time for all booked appointments.
Training with a partner not only makes it more enjoyable, but also keeps you both consistent and accountable — while saving money!

How many times per week should I do personal training?
Most of our clients train 2–3 times per week for the best results. However, even one session per week can make a big difference, especially when combined with the mobility and flexibility routines we provide for you to do at home. We’ll work with your schedule to create a plan that fits your lifestyle and goals.
What happens in a typical training session?
Each 60-minute session begins with Dr. John Rusin’s 6-Phase Dynamic Warm-Up, adapted for adults 45+, before moving into a tailored full-body workout focused on strength, mobility, balance, and posture. As we near the end, you’ll complete a short 5-minute cardio finisher within your capacity to boost fitness and support fat loss, finishing with cool-down and recovery work so you leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and energised — not sore or broken.
I’m nervous about starting. Do you work with beginners?
Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us having little or no exercise experience. Our approach is designed for adults 45+ who may feel nervous about exercise or gyms. Every session is personalised, joint-friendly, and supportive, so you’ll never feel out of your depth. Progress is gradual and focused on building confidence as much as strength.
Will my program be adapted if I have an injury or flare-up?
Yes. We understand that stiff knees, sore shoulders, or back sensitivity can vary day to day. That’s why we use our “Good Day & Bad Day” programming. On good days, we’ll help you push forward safely. On bad days, we’ll modify the workout to protect your joints while still keeping you active. This way, you never lose momentum and always make progress.
Do you track progress?
Yes. We track your improvements in strength, mobility, balance, and confidence over time. Our philosophy is that progress doesn’t have to be extreme — even 1% improvement per session adds up. You’ll notice changes not just in the studio, but in everyday life: climbing stairs with ease, moving more freely, and enjoying activities without pain.
Can I combine personal training with nutrition coaching?
Yes. In fact, all of our personal training clients receive flexible nutrition support included at no extra cost. Designed by dietitians and behavioural experts, this guidance helps you manage energy, weight, and health goals without strict rules or crash diets. Training + nutrition together give you the best long-term results.
